These are shots taken from the outside of the milling area through glass that is full of Styrofoam hence the blurred pictures.

This step is a necessary one because the computer images - even when they are as good as ours - do not give you the same impression as a 1:1 scale model.

It is a way to adjust the model before you start making expensive moulds. The Big companies do it with clay and then final adjustments are made by scanning the whole car in. We will adjust by hand and try to adjust the 3d model. (scanning of these size objects is far from perfect unless you have enormous budgets to spend).
