HuetBrothers.com will accept returns or exchanges for a full refund minus shipping under the following conditions.
RETURN POLICY:
A request for a return or exchange must be made within 90 days from the date of the sales receipt.
All merchandise that is returned or exchanged must be received in new, original and unused condition, along with all original manufacturer boxes, manuals and booklets with packaging and accessories intact. All returns and exchanges are subject to inspection by our returns department. Any watch that is worn, scratched, sized or altered in anyway will be denied credit or exchange.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable for any reason. Upon receiving of the item you have purchased if it is not entirely to your liking and you would like to return it follow the instruction below.
RETURN INSTRUCTION:
All merchandise returned to HuetBrothers.com for exchange or refund must be packed and insured properly to avoid loss or damage during shipping. Include a copy of the receipt along with a note requesting a refund or exchange. Return the merchandise by insured post to:

SHIPPING POLICY:
All EU orders will be processed within 24 business hours. International orders will take up to 3 days to process. International/outside EU orders may be subject to government taxes and custom charges that are collected at the time of delivery and are separate from the charge by HuetBrothers.com. We recommend checking with your local Post office to have an estimate on taxes and custom fees before placing an order.
Customers will be contacted by e-mail if there is a problem with the order being processed on time.
