If you need your watch to be serviced.

We do quite a bit in-house:

1. Changing batteries
2. Replacing the case - when the glass is broken there is no other option. Replacing the case basically means that you get a complete new watch. The glass is fixed inside the case and also includes the inner ring of the tachymeter.
3. Replacing movements - when a movement is damaged we replace it. Sometimes we can fix it in-house, sometimes it needs to go back to our factory in Switzerland. In any case we can always fix your watch.
4. For our mechanical automatics please make sure you get them serviced every 2-3 years. We can oil the movements for you. Like a car our mechanical movements include shock absorbers and highly accurate and delicate parts which need oil to function properly. During the years this oil becomes sticky and needs to be replaced.
