The Silverstone Classic runs from 24-26 July and is packed full of the most evocative race cars from every different era of motorsport. It is the largest classic racing event in Europe, with 22 races contested and an incredible 700-cars confirmed in action. Silverstone will also welcome 80 car clubs represented by over 4000 cars on display.

The weekend will see everything from the 10-litre, 4-cylinder 1907 Wolseley-Siddeley Coppa Florio to Group C monsters like the Porsche 962 take to the GP circuit. And the beauty of Silverstone's F1 run-off zones is that the drivers feel liberated to really push the cars. We'd recommend a seat at Bridge for the Pre-1966 GT race to see just how much attitude the big 'Vettes, Aston Martins and Cobras adopt through quick corners. It's an awesome sight.

To ensure that the whole family is catered for there will also be music concerts on the Friday and Saturday night - with the legendary Carlos Santana performing on the Saturday.
