The limited series of 300 HB Benefactor Chronographs have all been sold.  We are currently busy making a new numbered and limited 200 series which will be offered to all HB Benefactor owners before going on air. Some HB Benefactor owners have become quite attached to their own nrs and wish to keep the series of HB watches complete. We will launch it soon - with our new logo but very much in line with the original Benefactor watch.

On a personal note - we would like to thank all Benefactors for believing in our project and for supporting us through the years. We hope you still enjoy wearing the watch as much as we do and please keep those Privately Tested pictures coming in!

Good to read all Benefactor Chronographs have been sold. Will the next watch be mechanical (would be nice!), or will it have a quartz clockwork?
  • Mechanical | By: Tino on 25-11-2008 12:23:53:
Sorry Wim, it will be a quartz... We tried to get our hands on a mechanical movement and I'm sure they will come eventually - but the waiting list is 2 years!!! Mind you the mechanical watches would be expensive compared to the quartz chronographs that we use now!
  • Battery! | By: Ian Hunt on 07-08-2010 16:12:17:
I love my brown strap Benefactor but my battery appears to have run out after only two and a half years. How do I get it replaced, can it be done in the UK?
  • Battery | By: Tino on 07-08-2010 16:35:07:
It is reasonably normal for the battery to run out in about 2 years, especially if you use the stopwatch function. You can change the battery in any proper watch shop, or jewellery shop. They should be able to do it in under 2 minutes. The battery used is called a 394 this is the size and the only one that fits properly. Please don't try it at home... you wont be able to put the back cap on without proper watch tools. Good chance you'll damage it.Hope that helps and good luck!
